With nineteen years of experience in civil engineering and land surveying, Mr. Kramer has cultivated a comprehensive skill set. His career commenced in highway engineering and highway construction inspection at the Minnesota Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT). As time progressed, he advanced to roles such as Survey Crew Chief, Land Surveyor in Training, and ultimately Principal Land Surveyor for Mn/DOT. In this capacity, he oversaw staff and projects, responsible for land surveying services linked to an annual construction budget ranging from $80 to $100 million.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kramer has adeptly provided various field and office services, both as a Survey Crew Chief and Registered Land Surveyor. His expertise encompasses aerial mapping, topographic and digital terrain mapping, municipal construction staking, highway construction staking, horizontal and vertical control networks, public land system re-establishment and section subdivisions, legal description preparation, and right-of-way platting.

The combination of Mr. Kramer's extensive experience and diverse skill set positions him as a valuable asset in the field of civil engineering and land surveying.

In July 2003, Mr. Kramer made the decision to leave his position at the Minnesota Department of Transportation to establish Kramer Leas DeLeo P.C, a reputable land surveying services firm. As the head of the Brainerd/Baxter and St. Cloud offices, Mr. Kramer assumes full responsibility for overseeing all business operations.

With a solid background in civil engineering and land surveying, Mr. DeLeo brings fifteen years of invaluable experience to the table. His career kicked off at the Minnesota Department of Transportation, where he honed his expertise in highway engineering and construction inspection. Progressing through the ranks, he demonstrated his leadership skills as a Survey Crew Chief before assuming the role of Land Surveyor in Training. Now, as a seasoned Senior Land Surveyor in Mn/DOT's St. Cloud resident office, he oversees staff and manages projects in the survey section with utmost proficiency. Throughout his career, he has delivered diverse field and office services, ranging from aerial mapping and topographic terrain mapping to municipal construction staking and control network establishment. His expertise also extends to public land system re-establishment, section subdivisions, legal description preparation, and right-of-way platting.

In July 2001, Mr. DeLeo joined the St. Cloud office of Short, Elliot, Hendrickson (SEH) to oversee land-surveying operations in the rapidly growing Minnesota market. With a focus on office functions, Mr. DeLeo's recent technical responsibilities have encompassed various aspects of land surveying. These include conducting boundary survey research and analysis, writing legal descriptions, plating highway right-of-way areas, and preparing industrial and residential or subdivision plats. Additionally, Mr. DeLeo excels in survey drafting using computer aided drafting systems like MicroStation and Geopak.

Starting from February 1, 2004, Mr. DeLeo joined Kramer Leas DeLeo, P.C. as a partner, a reputable firm specializing in land surveying services. Based in the St. Cloud office, Mr. DeLeo oversees all the field and office operations with utmost responsibility.
